House Rules
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards; check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability.
- Guests who exceed the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
- Guests are not permitted to make reservations for properties within their own residential area. Please contact us if you wish to book in your home city.
- Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not permitted anywhere, including balconies or common areas (e.g., hallways), and smoking out of windows. Violations of the no-smoking policy will incur a €250 fee plus the costs for special cleaning or damage repair. Furthermore, the guest is liable for any additional damages, particularly lost revenue due to the inability to secure subsequent bookings or unreasonable rebookings.
- Commercial photography/videography without written permission, as well as illegal activities, are strictly prohibited.
- Guests exceeding the number specified in the reservation are not permitted. We charge €50 per night for each unauthorized guest.
- Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate deep-cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are asked to contact us prior to their stay.
- Guests are responsible and liable for the costs of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls, or parking permits.
- Noise-monitoring systems may be installed in the apartments to detect excessive noise levels.
- Guests are responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and furnishings. Guests must report any damage to us.
- Booking a reservation implies agreement to follow these house rules. Guests who do not comply are liable for all resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Non-compliance may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without refund.
